Shipping

Shipping is through United States Postal Services (USPS). There are 3 shipping options: Priority, Express, and International.

Priority (our Standard shipping): $5.99 flat rate; 2-5 days for delivery; free over $75

Express: $24.95 flat rate; 1-3 days for delivery; free shipping over $300

International: $14.99 flat rate; 1-2 weeks for delivery; customs and duties not included. Customer may be responsible for customs, taxes and duties when s/he receives the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a small boutique with a select collection of pieces, we only accept returned items for exchange or refund. Refunds are given the same way you made the purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but we may offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Worn, altered, or washed items will several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept sale items, personal products, hosiery, adhesive products, gift cards, or body care products. Also, for hygiene purposes we do not accept underwear.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending us your item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FOR EXCHANGES: In order to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected] to indicate which item you are returning and what you would like to exchange it for.

FOR STORE CREDIT: Contact us at [email protected] and we will give you an address to mail your item(s) to within 15 days of having received your shipment. Items must fall within the guidelines above for it to be approved for store credit.
